Shipping policy
Where We Ship
CryoFreeze® ships exclusively through UPS Ground to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing for orders received on weekends or holidays begins the next business day.

The free shipping threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping.
Delivery estimates begin when your order ships and do not include processing time. Arrival dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase. A separate email with your UPS tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Please allow up to three business days after placing your order to receive tracking details.
Ground Shipping Only
CryoFreeze® products contain pressurized aerosols and ship by ground transportation only. All orders are sent through UPS Ground. Express and air shipping are unavailable.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping charges may also be taxable, depending on the destination.
